Mission Statement (Purpose of the ministry)

Ekids! exists to encourage and guide children on their spiritual journey, to help parents as they lead their families, and to provide a community of faith where children can learn to live, love and serve as God intends.

Vision Statement (Goals of the Ministry)

Ekids! will teach, model and motivate kids to:

Know: Kids will know Jesus

Ministry Core Values:  (Filters which guide ministry direction)

Bible Based: We believe that the Bible is the foundation of our faith in Jesus

Child Focused: We believe our focus should be children first, not what is easiest or most comfortable for adults.

Life Relevance: We believe that our program should enable children to apply god's Word to their everyday lives.

Relationship Focused: We believe that children grow through relationships with each other, and through relationships with adults who model Jesus.

Fun and Creativity: We believe that children learn through fun lessons and activities.  We believe that each child learns differently, and that our programming should honor those differences

Spiritual Gifts: We believe that each of us, no matter the age, has been blessed with spiritual gifts and talents.  We believe our program should empower kids to discover and use those talents in service to God.

Missions: We believe it is important for kids to know that all of us are called to be missionaries to our own communities.
